Initial Request
----------------------------------------------------------------
Dear John,
yes, I included this option (quality flag set to 9) in the config file of
pb2nc when
I generated the files pb2nc.2016032900.nc, etc.
<http://pb2nc.2016032900.nc>
Thanks
Carlos

Subject: Re: problem locating matching times

Carlos,
Two suggestions...
Try running the NetCDF output of pb2nc through the plot_point_obs tool
to
plot the location of the observations. Use the -data_file option to
plot
only over your model domain.
Rerun point_stat using a higher verbosity level (-v 4). That will
give you
a list of counts for why observations were discarded.
Hopefully that'll give you a clue as to what's going on.
Thanks
John
