Hi,
I am going through the online tutorial and am running into a problem. I am
getting this error
DEBUG 1: User Config File: tutorial/config/SeriesAnalysisConfig_tutorial

ERROR  : yyerror() -> syntax error in file
"tutorial/config/SeriesAnalysisConfig_tutorial"

ERROR  :    line   = 74

ERROR  :    column = 7

ERROR  :    text   = "vld_thresh"

ERROR  :       vld_thresh = 0.5;

ERROR  : ______^^^^^^^^^^_______

and can't seem to figure out what is wrong with my config file. I have done
everything with 'vld_thresh', but it doesn't seem to change anything. Is
there possibly something wrong with my files?

Hello Mark,

Thanks for letting us know about your issues running the online
tutorial.
I was able to replicate the issue you're seeing and trace it back to a
subtle known issue in our config file parsing code.  I've updated
online
tutorial instructions.  Please try it again:

http://www.dtcenter.org/met/users/support/online_tutorial/METv5.0/series_analysis/configure.php

The change is placing that vld_thresh setting further down in the list
of
settings.  I realize that sounds crazy, but it should fix the problem.

Please let me know how it goes.

Also, I'll update the development version of the code to avoid this
issue
in future releases.
