Hello,

These days, I am trying to excute the MET-TC.

Regarding the MET-TC, I have few questions.

1.To plot the figure, I need R utility. Is there recommended versions of R
script? Because I have to download new one.

2. When I did the compile the MET, which configure options are positively
included?

I just configured with bottom options. Are these enough?

./configure --prefix=/home/sjlim/MET/met-5.0 --enable-grib2 --enable-modis
--enable-mode_graphics --enable-gen_circle_mask --enable-tc_utils

Hello.  Thank you for using MET-TC.  To answer your questions:

1. The met-5.0 release includes a number of plotting tools for TC
graphics.
All of the R scripts are located in the *scripts/Rscripts* directory.
Please refer to the following page for assistance and let us know if
you
have any questions:

2.  By default, all of the MET Tools, except for support for GRIB2,
MODIS,
and MODE graphics (these are optional), will be built.  If you'd like
to
build all of the MET Tools, including support for GRIB2, MODIS, and
MODE
graphics, you can run the following command:

*./configure --prefix=*

*/home/sjlim/MET/met-5.0 --enable-grib2 --enable-modis
--enable-mode_graphics*This differs slightly from the command that you
sent, in that it does not include " --enable-gen_circle_mask
--enable-tc_utils", however gen_circle_mask and the tc_utils
(tc_dland,
tc_pairs, and tc_stat) will be built with the command above.  Please
