Geeta,
I see you're having problems running the MODE-Analysis tool. Here's
how
you're calling it in the script you sent:
../bin/mode_analysis \
./WRFPRS_d03.024.pcp.nc \
./Obs.024_19june2006.nc \
./MODEAnalysis_config_default_v5 \
-outdir out-19jun2006 -v 2
You're passing it the wrong arguments. This looks like you're trying
to
call MODE. If so, replace "mode_analysis" with "mode". You should
run
mode with the same sort of arguments you've used for grid_stat: two
gridded
data files and a configuration file defining the type of verification
you'd
like to do.
Once you have run mode several times, you could run the MODE-Analysis
tool
at that point to filter and summarize the mode output across several
cases.

Geeta,
MODE and MODE-Analysis are two different tools in MET. It appears
that you
ran the MODE tool and passed the MODE-Analysis configuration file to
it.
That is the source of the error.
