Natacha,

Observation track data (i.e. BEST tracks) for the Indian Ocean can be
obtained via the Joint Typhoon Warning Center (JTWC).  However, in
order to
access the data, you must first request an account with them.  Here's
a
link to try.  That page includes a link to request an account:
   https://pzal.ndbc.noaa.gov/collab/login.php
