Hello,

You can download the MET source code by following these steps:
(1) Go to this page:
    http://www.dtcenter.org/met/users/downloads/index.php
(2) Type in your email address.
(3) Hit enter and you should be redirected to a "MET User
Registration" form.
(4) Fill out that form and click the "Submit" button.  You should then
be redirected to the downloads page where you can download the latest
version of MET.

I'd suggest using the online tutorial for help compiling and getting
used to the MET software:
    http://www.dtcenter.org/met/users/support/online_tutorial/METv4.1/index.php
