Hi John,

I'm about to download and use the GFDL tracker.  Is the version on the 
dtcenter.org web page V3.5b (September, 2013) the latest and greatest?

Are you able to answer Dave's question?  Is v3.5b of the GFDL tracker
available at dtcenter.org the most recent version?

Dave,

I just heard back from Kathryn.  Yep, v3.5b is the latest version of
the GFDL tracker.  It's included as part of the HWRF package.  If you
have any questions about it, you can write wrfhelp at ucar.edu.
