  Initial Request
----------------------------------------------------------------

Hello,
I used plot_cnt.R for plotting output of met by Rscript. I want to plot another output of met (cts,ctc,..) with plot.R . Is there any other script like plot_cnt.R for this? Or is it possible to modify plot_cnt.R for plotting (cts, ctc,…)?
Thanks,

The plot_cnt.R script is meant as an example of how one can use the R
language to plot MET output. We do not have examples of scripts for
plotting other MET output line types. However, if you're
familiar with R, it should not be very difficult to modify that script
to plot other line types.

However, there are many other plotting packages out there that can
easily plot the tabular ASCII output that MET creates, such as matlab
and idl. Feel free to use whichever you prefer.

If you're interested in learning more about R, which we use heavily in
the DTC, here's for website for it, from which you can find
documentation and tutorials:
