John,
I am trying to use METv3 latest version for a 30 day modelling run (720 hours) however I had a problem in UPP. It is unable to read after 256 hour. I wrote to wrf.help however no one answered yet. Do you have any contact information to write to them?

Agustin,
I've forwarded your message to the UPP support person. She told me
that every once in a while a wrfhelp ticket gets assigned to the wrong
person - so she may not have seen yours yet. But she'll go
look for it now. There are limitations in the GRIB1 output format
used by UPP - however, UPP should include a fix to enable you to write
output beyond 256 hours.
Hopefully she can help you get it worked out.

Agustin,
I spoke with the UPP support person, and she was not able to locate
the issue you sent in the wrfhelp system. Can you please resubmit
your question to wrfhelp at ucar.edu? I'd suggest putting UPP in the
subject line so that they know how to assign the ticket.
It would also be helpful to send them some sample data and any scripts
you're using to run UPP. Please include a very concise description of
the problem including any warning or error messages you see.
I'll go ahead and resolve this MET-Help ticket, and hopefully WRFHelp
will be able to resolve your issue.
