[Met_help] copygb installation error

Hashmi,

If you downloaded copygb from the following location, it should already be
compiled using g95.

ftp://ftp.cpc.ncep.noaa.gov/wd51we/copygb/copygb-g95-linux.tar

The binary executable is in copygb-g95/copygb.fd/copygb.  If you want to
re-compile copygb, please look at this README file about porting the code:

ftp://ftp.cpc.ncep.noaa.gov/wd51we/copygb/README.ports
