I'm writing software to parse the information in the probabilistic grid_stat
line types PCT, PSTD, PJC and PRC.  I had to ask John about how the threshold
fields are numbered, since the numbering system isn't clear in the Point-Stat
documentation for those line types.  I think the indexing for the threshold
information could be clarified.  For example, the PCT output format shows:

index  field
23     N_THRESH
24     THRESH_i
25     OY_i
26     ON_i
*      THRESH_n

I think that the index values for the fields THRESH_i, OY_i and ON_i should be
expressed in terms of *, i or some other non-constants.  Does that make sense?
