[Met_help] WPP grib files

Hello,

Does anyone else not get timestep information inside the grib files produced by WPPV3? Wgrib output shows them  all at the same time:

>From the initial output: 1:
0:d=02052500:PRES:kpds5=1:kpds6=109:kpds7=1:TR=10:P1=0:P2=0:TimeU=1:hybrid lev 1:anl:NAve=0
2:246496:d=02052500:HGT:kpds5=7:kpds6=109:kpds7=1:TR=10:P1=0:P2=0:TimeU=1:hybrid lev 1:anl:NAve=0

After 10 minutes:
1:0:d=02052500:PRES:kpds5=1:kpds6=109:kpds7=1:TR=10:P1=0:P2=0:TimeU=0:hybrid lev 1:anl:NAve=0
2:246496:d=02052500:HGT:kpds5=7:kpds6=109:kpds7=1:TR=10:P1=0:P2=0:TimeU=0:hybrid lev 1:anl:NAve=0

I have a Java program that converts the gribs to a format for animation but it sees no timestamp information in the files either.
