Thanks for providing us the feedback on the ASCII2NC tool.  Any chance you'd be able to send us a sample ASCII2NC file you're using along with an estimate of how long it's taking to run?  We'd be
happy to test it out here to see if there's anything we could do to make the tool more efficient.
