Question:

Why do I get a unrecognized switch: "-fcst_init" when I run this command line

bin/mode_analysis -lookin out/mode/t04 -summary -single -single -fcst -column area -fcst_lead 00 -fcst_init 00 -fcst_valid_min 20100812 -fcst_valid_max 20100812  -out /sphome/craigr/f00

Bob,

According to the mode_analysis usage statement, which you can view by
running mode_analysis with no arguments, the input
parameter -fcst_init is not supported.  Instead, use -fcst_init_hour,
-fcst_init_min or -fcst_init_max.  Please let me
know if you have any questions.
