[Met_help] Web Tool Configuration Generator

Thanks, Tressa, that is what I was looking for!  Just out of curiosity, is 
there a link to http://verif.rap.ucar.edu/cgi/metgui/base.cgi from the MET 
User's web site and I missed it?  I just don't know how one would find the 
URL unless someone gave them the URL.  It is possible that somehow my eyes 
did not see the link.
