Samaneh,

Our legal department has provided us with a list of countries for which
we're not permitted to provide direct support due to laws in the United
States.  Iran is included on that list.

So unfortunately, I'm not permitted to directly answer your question.  I
apologize for the trouble this causes you, but I really do hope the posted
list of 'known issues' might be of help.
