[Met_help] MODE

[steven vasiloff]

Hi,

We are interested in using MODE to verify precipitation fields on our 
verification system.  The web site is www.nmq.nssl.noaa.gov.  We 
currently have a point-based system used under the "gauge" tab.

I am wondering if MODE can be run stand-alone without allocating 
computer resources for the other parts of MET.  I believe the code is 
C++, right?
