Dear TIIMES personnel at FL labs,

I'm your new UCAR safety committee representative.  Please contact me if 
you have any safety issues or concerns.
On June 16th the UCAR safety committee will be walking through Foothills 
lab offices checking for safety issues.  Before this time please take a 
moment to correct any issues which could be saftey hazards.  The 
division can get a safety award if we have no issues found during the 
inspection.  Common problems that are found include:
Power strips plugged into other power strips
Excess piles of papers laying on desks (fire hazard), please store in 
file cabinet
Heavy items stored on top shelves (over shoulder height)
Doors or exit paths blocked

Any issues that are found during the inspection are recorded by the 
safety committee and monitored until they are resolved.
