I am sending this email to the division/program allocation representatives.  We 
are seeing short queues, even in stand-by.  So we hope you will forward this 
message to people in your division or program to submit more work to bluefire .

Stand-by priority jobs should see reasonable turnaround between now and Jan. 3.
