[Hearts-of-GOLD] Sparks for Change

Some of you might have heard about this before. Another NSF GOLD project, Sparks for Change, has been funded to run another session this September. Their model requires an underrepresented geosciences faculty member and a senior departmental colleague who will be paired with an external mentor to form triads of support.
