*Description: *Understanding how we and others respond to conflict is
crucial for engaging with conflict in a healthy way. In this
interactive workshop, participants will become aware of their conflict
styles and discuss & practice ways to work together across styles.

*This event is hosted by the NSF NCAR Postdoc Professional Development
Committee. The intended audience is Postdocs and Early Career staff,
however everyone is welcome.
