*Who’s ready for some spaghetti bridges fun?!* We are looking for five
adults or teens over the age of 16 years old to help us with the *Science
Fun program *at the Main Library* on Sunday, March 17 from 1:30 to 3 pm*.

Science Fun: Children’s Program Helper

*Opportunity Description: *

Volunteers will help children construct spaghetti bridges with hot glue
guns. Here is the program description: “Science Fun: Building Bridges –
join us for some hands on fun. We will learn about the engineering of
different types of bridges. Then we will build our own bridges using a
variety of materials and test how well they hold up. Ages 7+”

*Skills or experience required: *

Volunteers need to be able to work with children and know how to or be
willing to learn how to use a hot glue gun

*Minimum age to volunteer in this role: *

16

*Can a group or family volunteer?*
