Dear all,

I can't recommend the skill of giving a strong elevator pitch enough!
Meeting a faculty member or program manager from a funding agency at a
conference? Learn how to sell what you are doing without getting down into
the weeds, make it relevant and exciting, and to draw them in to where you
are going with it. This is a good skill for job interviews, as well.

Mark your calendar and join this workshop at CU on Tuesday at 11:00 am.

What is an elevator pitch? What is its purpose? How do you craft one, and
when do you use it? Join Cat Wilson from Career Services to answer these
questions and more, and practice developing and delivering your elevator
pitch.
