[Googleearth] Having trouble seeing elevation data in GE Pro?

Google Earthers, or whatever you feel like identifying as,
Is anyone else seeing all zero elevation data in GE Pro?  I am talking 
about the display of elevation in the bottom bar.  I know it works on my 
GE free version at home, but doesn't work here with GE Pro.  All I see 
is "0 m" no matter where I move my mouse.  If others are having this 
problem I would like to hear about it.  If you happen to have a 
solution, all the better.  If there isn't a solution that anyone knows 
of and others are seeing this issue, then I will contact Google Earth 
Pro support and see what the solution might be.  If others have the 
problem, I will post to the list the solution if I can get a solution.
