Hello everyone!

ESGF F2F 2017 kicks off today with pre-registration from 2:00p - 4:00p and a Meet & Greet social (no host) in the lounge at the Sheraton-Fisherman's Wharf.

AGENDA
Attached is the latest agenda, which also includes details for connecting via WebEx. Please remember to turn the 'microphone off' during the sessions to help minimize feedback issues.

WIFI CODE
During the meeting, select SHERATON CONFERENCE with the group access code: ESGF2017  to connect to WiFi.

PRESENTATIONS
Presenters should email talks (.PDF or . PPT file format options) to Matt Story (story7 at llnl.gov<mailto:story7 at llnl.gov>) Luca Cinquini (luca.cinquini at jpl.nasa.gov<mailto:luca.cinquini at jpl.nasa.gov>) and Angela Jefferson (jefferson9 at llnl.gov<mailto:jefferson9 at llnl.gov>) one day prior to your scheduled talk. All talks will be pre-loaded on the presentation laptop. Please let us know if flexibility is needed on supplying the presentation file; our AV Technician, Matt Story will be onsite and can assist with coordination of presentation files throughout the conference.
