Angela has been diligently working on securing an ESGF location in Washington, D.C. She wants to inform the community on the status of the conference below.

Hello everyone,

Just a quick update on the upcoming ESGF 2016 Conference. We expect to have the website up in a few days to accept registrations. There will be a ‘conference hotel’ identified at that time for all ESGF 2016 attendees; conference participants are encouraged to book lodging with the contracted hotel.

The conference will begin on Tuesday, 12/6 and close out on 12/9/2016. On Monday, 12/5, the registration desk will be open for those who desire to check-in in advance of the convening of the conference on the following day. An evening ice-breaking will take place on Monday, as well so plan your travel according.
