Dear Program Managers, Development Teams, and Colleagues:

            Attached is the draft agenda for this year’s ESGF F2F Conference. This year’s conference is four days, starting Tuesday, December 8th and ending Friday, December 11th. The conference will have a series of focused presentations, townhall discussions, development team meetings, code sprints, and poster sessions. Each of the presenters and posters are required to send in a paragraph or two (i.e., abstract) describing their presentation/poster. November 20th is the deadlines for all abstracts, but please send them in sooner rather than later.

Session chairs will contact each of you for your willingness to present and/or give a poster. Please search the attached draft agenda for your name. If your name is not listed and you wish to present or give a poster, please send e-mail to esgf-xc at llnl.gov<mailto:esgf-xc at llnl.gov> and ESGF XC will consider your request(s).

For those that have not done so yet, there is still time to register for the F2F conference. (However, time is running out!
