[Go-essp-tech] drslib-0.3.1 release : Support for SPECS and CORDEX DRS schemes

I am pleased to announce the release of drslib-0.3.1.  Drslib is a Python library for processing data intended for publishing
into the Earth System Grid Federation (`ESGF`_).  This version supports publication of ESGF datasets for the CMIP5, CORDEX and SPECS projects, including publishing at the variable level.

For new projects, Metadata quality control has been moved to drslib's sister tool ceda-cc [4] which currently supports SPECS and CORDEX.  Drslib will take output from ceda-cc and apply the information to incoming files to place them in the version-controlled DRS structure.

Drslib is available for download on the Python package index [1], documented online [2] or visible on github in the ESGF organisation [3].
