[Go-essp-tech] next generation ESGF publishing services

Hallo Matt, hallo Luca,

We at DKRZ/Hamburg had the same problem: we connected to our normal 
time: 5 pm CET.
BUT: the one hour time shift from CET to CEST will be next weekend. So 
next time we'll by synchronized again.
