Yes, Georgi Kostov is (almost) completely unknown at/for GFDL :-)

I work with Glenn Rutledge at NOAA-NCDC in Asheville (where we hosted the GO-ESSP 2011 meeting). 

We are still hoping to set up a node here if we can get past some IT requirements on our end.
