[Go-essp-tech] Released esgf-pyclient 0.1b1

The esgf-pyclient library version 0.1b1 has been released.  This version includes an optimisation to avoid querying multiple index nodes when retrieving file information.  It also includes a module for logging onto ESGF via MyProxyLogon.
