[Go-essp-tech] All BADC ESGF Services unavailable

The BADC is suffering a wide range power outage on site and all our servers
are offline.  Therefore ESGF data nodes, index nodes and Gateways are
unavailable.  We cannot give an estimate for resumption of service yet but
will post one when we know more.

We are very sorry for any inconvenience caused.
