[Go-essp-tech] CMIP5 HelpDesk support disruptions

There is an extended public holiday in the UK from Saturday June 1st to Tuesday June 4th.  During this time there will be no query triage support on the CMIP5 HelpDesk and a reduced service for the rest of the week.

Please could Help Desk agents bare this in mind when checking pending queries.  It would be appreciated if we could check the Requests section as well as allocated queries for urgent items.
