Here is my first-pass over you new requirements.  The main sheet is unchanged but I comment on the new stuff in the "Luca_feedback" sheet.  Most items I'd include but with a reduced requirement level.  I'm uneasy about being prescriptive about architecture in this document.  Requirement should be independent of the architecture you use to solve them.

Please send any direct responses to the comments in the sheet.  I will refactor the main sheet.

        I added many more requirements to Stephen's original spreadsheet, including IPSL's download tool. I marked the spreadsheet with tomorrow's date to indicate it's an updated version.
