[Go-essp-tech] CMIP5 publishing to Gateway and P2P nodes

We are seeing direct downloads to our TDS fail frequently with
"HTTP Status 403 - Access Denied." errors after entering our OpenID password;
it fails more often than it succeeds.  For example, the HTTPServer link from
here:

  http://esgdata.gfdl.noaa.gov/thredds/esgcet/1/cmip5.output1.NOAA-GFDL.GFDL-CM3.1pctCO2.mon.atmos.Amon.r1i1p1.v20110601.html?dataset=cmip5.output1.NOAA-GFDL.GFDL-CM3.1pctCO2.mon.atmos.Amon.r1i1p1.v20110601.ccb_Amon_GFDL-CM3_1pctCO2_r1i1p1_000601-001012.nc

is currently failing.  Does it reproducibly work for you?  Is this possibly
due to load fluctuations on the pcmdi3 machine?  Or could there be some
problem with our OpenID account?
