Hi Sebastien,

Thanks for noting this.  I am able to reproduce this error with a WGet 
1.11.4 client on Linux/CentOS 5.

This is concerning as PKI/cert based wget access was working recently.  
The node TDS SSL certificate is issued by DigiCert which should be a 
well known CA.

No ideas yet.  We'll look into this further.
