Hi Stephen, Martin, Estani,
Thanks for relaying this user feedback and providing suggestions for
reducing confusion. I agree there has been a recent increase in support
requests regarding this area.
We're looking into this further. The "first time visit" form looks to be
causing a fair amount of confusion. This form should not be required in
general and it seems it is getting presented to users more often than it
should.
