[Go-essp-tech] Earth System Gird Federation (ESGF) Venue change

All ESGF meeting attendees (_GO-ESSP attendees may disregard_)

Due to complications with several key participants for access to NCDC 
for the ESGF meeting, we have decided to move subject meeting venue to 
the Renaissance Hotel (Victoria Room).  All other Agenda items will be 
maintained (start times, etc.)

All 3 meetings- ESGF, GO-ESSP, and CF will be conducted at the Hotel and 
not at NCDC.
