[Go-essp-tech] GO-ESSP-TECH: No Meeting Today

The EU shifts over to DST on Sunday, March 27th so we have one more Tuesday, 22 March, where we're out of sync. Assuming we choose to meet next week (on QC, as discussed today, among other things), I propose we initially just plan to do what we did this week.
