Hi all,

On the contrary, CMOR2 generates files and paths with a mix of lower and 
upper case letters, and in the case of model, CMOR2 should be given 
model names consistent with what they have told PCMDI they are going to 
use for CMIP5.  The official CMIP5 model names may contain some 
characters that are forbidden (by CMOR2) from the file and path names, 
so in these cases, CMOR2 will replace characters such as "_", "(", and " 
", for example, with  hyphen (i.e., "-").  Nevertheless the official 
CMIP5 model names that are recorded as a global attribute in the file 
should be used wherever possible (e.g., in listings that users will see).

Attention to conformance with the above will be much appreciated.
