[Go-essp-tech] Gateway 1.2.0-RC3 Release available

Hello,

The 1.2.0-RC3 release of the gateway is now available. The release can 
be downloaded here: 
https://vets.development.ucar.edu/nexus/content/repositories/releases/sgf/gateway/1.2.0-RC3/

This release contains fixes for several issues that were raised as 
blockers on the last call:

* Authorization bug: https://vets.development.ucar.edu/jira/browse/SGF-2029

* Myproxy Webstart integration: 
https://vets.development.ucar.edu/jira/browse/SGF-1897

* Myproxy and authorization service endpoints added to the Yadis 
document: https://vets.development.ucar.edu/jira/browse/SGF-1731

You will need to add a new property to your gateway.properties file for 
the myproxy webstart integration. Update instruction can be found here:
