Hi all,

I noticed these issues that have cropped up with the federated wget use case:

They appear to relate to the same problem.   It needs to go in the priorities as it’s critical to working federated access.

ESGF Federation Testing Talking Points:

Background:

   -DKRZ has performed the largest number tests.
