Replication testing has been taken up by Stephen and Estani. Stephen created a 
breakdown of the test steps on the wiki:

I sent additional information to Stephen about the TDS catalog comparison for 
incorporation into the page as he sees fit.

I expect to be available for a call Tuesday morning (Pacific time).
