Nathan,
could we please add the nci gateway information to the 1.3 distribution?

./WEB-INF/classes/whitelist.xml needs to have
<value>https://esg.nci.org.au/esgcet/openid/provider.htm</value>

and the following needs to be added to the database scripts.
INSERT INTO gateway (id, name, description, base_url, base_secure_url,
oai_repository_url, identity, administrator_personal,
administrator_email, myproxy_endpoint, idp_endpoint) VALUES
('9abbeca4-835e-4fdb-8fbc-0be206191027', 'ESG-NCI', 'NCI Earth System
Grid gateway', 'http://esg.nci.org.au/esgcet/',

Also I noticed that the gateway information might need to be updated for
some of the gateways. eg. the NCAR gatway URLs look like:
http://esg.ucar.edu/oai/repository.htm
However I believe they have moved to: http://earthsystemgrid.org
