[Go-essp-tech] gateway links and home pages

Hi Dean,

It's really great to see this coming together!

Here's an idea. If the list of gateways in the federation was
retrieved through an AJAX call to a central location we could avoid
the NxN issues of who lists whom, formatting, etc. This would be a
<div> tag that just reads it's innerHtml from a location at ESG HQ. If
you want a demo or patch let me know.
