[Go-essp-tech] Advanced warning of BADC ESGF system downtime

The operational BADC ESGF system will be brought down for power maintenance from 15:30 GMT+1 Friday April 8th until approximately 10:00 GMT+1 Monday April 11th.  CMIP5 data from the BADC will not be available during this time.
