[Go-essp-tech] Model Metadata Pipeline Test Completion

Hi Everyone,
ESG and Curator have successfully conducted a test of the entire Model Metadata Pipeline.  To refresh everyone on what we mean by this, the pipeline queries an atom feed for new CIM XML files, downloads new files, runs those files through the CIM harvester, and ingests the converted information into an RDF triple store for display within ESG. 

This test was conducted with an atom feed being developed for a related TeraGrid project.  This feed was modeled after the Metafor feed so it is likely that any modification to the pipeline for the Metafor feed will be minor.
