[Go-essp-tech] CF checker

Hi Stephen,
	I didn't know (or forgot) you were the person in charge... thanks!
I would think a standalone package is probably better, so all data processing centers can install it as easily as possible.
And if it can be made part of the data node install the better, but not everybody will install the full data node...
Is it python ?
