hi Folks

We have a number of important telco requirements now:

 - Sylvia and Luca (and myself) all agree we need a metadata pipeline 
telco asap (Sylvia, sorry about the silence, it's not that I don't care 
:-)
 - Balaji has reminded us we need a data node installation nuts and 
bolts telco

At the same time, I have proposed a PI meeting in the same slot, this 
Tuesday. I appreciate that doing so is guzumping the two important 
issues above, but there are some strategic issues I think we need to 
resolve even as we confront these important practical issues.

So, assuming that next tuesday's telco is "invitee only" (you know who 
you are) ... I would propose to have the metadata pipeline telco and the 
data node telco on the following weeks, i.e
 metadata pipleline on the 8th and
 esg data node installation on the 15th.

Or, do we need to have these other telcos even sooner, in which case we 
may need to schedule some extra slots. My preference would be to try and 
use the existing slots, but some of you may think things are more 
urgent. Comments please?
