Since US are on daylight saving time and EU aren't yet the ESGF telco
will be 1 hour later in the US than previously scheduled.  16:00 GMT,
9:00 US/Pacific, 11:00 US/Central, 12:00 US/Eastern.

Bryan and Michael will lead the telco on the theme of Quality Control
and overall timelines.  Some QC documents should follow later today.
